Generally, the problem set for class exercises Thursday is announced here at the latest Tuesday two days before at 9:00. Homework (or workshop) assignments will be announced here at 15:00 the Tuesday nine days before deadline. The deadlines for the three homework assignments are Thursday February 18, Thursday March 18, and April 29 at 10:00-12:00 at Studiekontoret, CSS Building 25, office 25.0.09. You are supposed to try solving the problems before we meet in class. The week plan for lectures (Wednesdays 13-15) is here.

6 First homework assignment will be announced here 10/2 at 12:00. Homework assignment 1. 
7 Homework 1 You are supposed to do  Homework 1 with the teacher as e-mail consultant.    
8 Technology shocks in the Ramsey model. Convergence properties Problem II. 8 and II.4 Homework 1 will be returned with comments. After discussion of the problems we go to II.8. Catching-up with II.8. Solution to II.4 is here.
9 No class: winter break      
10 Second homework assignment announced here 9/3 at 15:00. You are supposed to do  Homework 2. I will be available in CSS 2.0.42 11/3 8:15-8:45 and then in my office until 10:00.

12 Productive public services and income taxation Problem III.1 Homework 2 will be returned with comments. After discussion of the problems we go to III.1. A follow-up on Problem 3.a). A suggested solution to III.1.
13 Easter break
14 To catch up with our time schedule,  exercises 8th of April are replaced by a lecture.
15 To catch up with the course plan, the first hour in class 15th of April will be used for lecturing and the second hour for an exercise. Exercise: Problem IV.3.    
16 Third homework assignment announced here 20/4 at 15:00. You are supposed to work on Homework 3 with the teacher as an e-mail consultant.

18 Robust R&D-based growth. Knife-edge conditions in B&S's simple increasing variety model. Solve Problem V.3. If time allows, we also consider Problem V.2. Homework 3 will be returned with comments. After discussion of the problems we go to Problem V.3. Solution to V.3.
