Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and other costs
as well as accomodation in Copenhagen during the Conference. Conference secretary Vibeke Kovested
(Vibeke.Kovsted@econ.ku.dk)
must be informed as soon as possible whether participants need any asistance in making hotel reservations.
It is strongly advised that bookings are made well in advance of the Conference (preferably
before 1 April). It is difficult to get rooms at short notice.

In any communication with Vibeke Kovsted, please state clearly your name, which hotel you prefer,
and the dates (number of nights) of your stay.
During the Conference we expect people will want to walk between the hotel and the Institute
of Economics. Details about the Conference dinner on Monday 23 June will be made available in due course.
